What We Do
Circuit Training.
Is a type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
Cardiovascular Training.
Cardiovascular fitness can be defined simply as your body's ability to get oxygen and blood to the muscles.
Weight and Strength Training
Also known as Resistance Training. It uses exercises that isolate the muscles to contract under the tension of the weights or devices such as resistance bands.
Group Training.
Our Group Classes are designed and suited for everyone and for all levels and abilities. The Spirit, Energy and Buzz during the classes is just phenomenal
Aerobics
A specialized form of exercise aimed at strengthening the body’s cardiovascular system. It involves a lot of choreographed body movements, floor or step, Hi-Lo, Step Kickboxing etc.
